The firm was founded by David Shoolman, who qualified as an engineer, a lawyer, and a patent attorney and trade mark attorney.
We specialise in applying for, obtaining, and maintaining, protection for different types of intellectual property (IP) – in particular, patents (for protecting inventions), trade mark registrations (for protecting trade marks and brands), and design registrations (for protecting the designs of products).
